At first look the pills seem a little large, but I found them very easy to swallow.
10 Billions CFU's seems to be a good amount of CFU's for a probiotic. It also seems to be void of any unwanted fillers. I took this for a few weeks and I am happy to say that I had pretty good results. I seemed to loose a lot of belly fat/bloat(that I didn't expect) and I also noticed that I wasn't as fatigued after taking them for the first week. I'm definitely going to look into taking this product regularly
