Directions

This was one of those pills that looked harder to swallow then it was. I had absolutely no problems swallowing both capsules at once.

Any one that has ever tried a weightloss pill knows the jittery unerving feeling you get from most of them. God forbid you take them on an empty stomach. SO this one your supossed to take half an hour before eating. The first time I took it I was fully prepared with a box of crackers and a tall glass of water. I went about my late morning routine figuring I'd know when the 30 minutes had passed and have to eat before the time had passed. I was shocked when that wasnt the case and I felt completely fine. I havent noticed a huge drop in weight but I have noticed my pudge has started to reduce
